Melanie is an experienced commercial leader, passionate about optimising customer insight to energise engagement and transform revenue streams. Her recent experience includes global marketing advisory, customer segmentation strategy, sales enablement and complex proposition development; all underpinned by optimised data.
Melanie has over 20 years’ experience working at Board level from Fortune 500 to local SMBs. Intelligent and passionate about blue ocean recovery, Melanie can navigate broad or complicated commercial scenarios and pinpoint the key actions that will drive more successful outcomes.
Lucy is a marketing and communications specialist with over 10 years’ experience across various industries. With her most recent experience being in offshore marine, Lucy has worked across offshore oil and gas, renewable energy, and defence. In her last position, Lucy was tasked with the development and implementation of what was a new strategic approach to marketing for the business.
Lucy has experience of aligning marketing and sales, developing marketing strategies and honing value propositions. Lucy believes that to succeed, you must always put the customer at the centre of everything. Lucy’s experience sparked an ambition to help raise the game and develop the marketing and sales professionals in the maritime industry.
